If you want to sell sparkle crackers from 100 kg to 600 kg then you will have to obtain a temporary license from the police of your state. For a temporary license you will have to pay Rs 200. You can fill the application form by visiting the police website. You can also fill the form by visiting the DCP office of your area.

After applying, police verification is done, after which you are issued a license to sell firecrackers from Dussehra to Diwali.

If you want to get a license for the whole year, then you will have to pay Rs 500 and you will have to renew your license every year.
