How to Complain to the Bank?

If a bank employee or bank is dishonest with you, or you are being harassed on any subject, then you can complain about it, for this you will have to take the following steps-

first step

First of all you should complain in writing to your bank manager . You must take receipt of the copy of complaint. So that you can show proof of this in future. If the bank resolves your problem, you will have to end your proceedings here.

second step

If the bank does not resolve your problem within thirty days, you will have to lodge your complaint with the Bank Ombudsman (BO) or Banking Ombudsman office.

third step

You will have to file your complaint with the same Banking Ombudsman. The Banking Ombudsman office under whose jurisdiction your bank branch falls.

If you want to make a complaint offline, then a form has been made available to you for written complaint on www.bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in. You download it and fill all the information asked in it along with name, address and necessary documents as prescribed. Will have to be sent to the address.

If you want, you can also make your complaint online, for this you are being given a link https://secweb.rbi.org.in/, you can go to its official website by clicking on it.

sixth step

Now you have to go to https://secweb.rbi.org.in, here you will have the option of your Banking Ombudsman, you can complain through this, many options have been provided on this page, you can choose the option as as per your choice. is. Next, you will be asked for information about written complaint in the bank, which you will have to give along with proof. After this, the online complaint form will open, where you will have to fill all the asked information. After this you have to submit the final. Now you will receive a complaint number, all further processing will be done on the basis of that number. You can also download your complaint letter from there. This will help in further proceedings. In this way you can complain to the bank.
