2. Any incident related to corruption in which a present or former minister of the state government is involved.
3. Any incident related to corruption in which a member of the State Assembly is involved.
4.The case in which officers or employees of the state government are involved.
5. Has the power to investigate all such State Government employees, which have been constituted by any law of Parliament or the State Government or which are partly or wholly controlled or financed by the State Government.
Salary of Lokpal and Lokayukta
The salary and allowances of the Chairman of Lokpal and Lokayukta are equivalent to that of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, and the pay scale and service conditions of other members are equivalent to that of a Supreme Court judge.
