What is UGC NET exam?

The NET exam consists of two papers, both computer-based, with objective-type questions in each. The first paper comprises 50 questions, carrying 100 marks, and must be completed within one hour. The second paper includes a total of 100 questions, worth 200 marks, with a time allowance of two hours. In total, the NET exam features 150 questions, totaling 300 marks, to be completed within a three-hour duration.
